Do I need to be home?
Nope. As long as we have access to the yard, we can complete the cleanup on your scheduled day.
Do you haul the waste away or use my trash bin?
Most customers have us double-bag and place it in their trash bin. Prefer haul-away? Ask about the disposal option and availability.
What if my gate is locked or you can’t access the yard?
If we can’t safely access the yard, we can’t scoop that visit. Make sure gates are unlocked and pets are secured so we can do the job.
What if my dog is in the yard?
If your dog is friendly and safe, we can usually service as normal. If your dog is anxious or protective, please keep them inside during the visit.
How do you price service?
Pricing is based on your service frequency and your dog count (and condition of the yard for one-time cleanups). The fastest way is to run a quick quote.
Can I pause service for vacation or seasonal use?
Yes. If your pets won’t be using the yard for a period, request a pause in advance and we’ll get you restarted when you’re back.
What happens during bad weather?
If weather conditions make service unsafe, we’ll service as soon as we can. Route timing may shift, but we keep you covered.
Do you offer one-time cleanups?
