Most people aren’t actually asking “what is pet waste removal?” They’re asking: what do I pick, how does this work with my gate/dog, and will this stay consistent. That’s what this FAQ is built to answer.

If your yard needs a reset
Start with a one-time cleanup
Get back to “clean baseline” first, then choose a schedule to keep it that way.
If you want it handled ongoing
Pick a recurring schedule
Consistency is what makes this feel easy. Your job becomes “do nothing.”
If it’s an HOA or property
Tell us the scope and access rules
Shared spaces and common areas work best with clear notes (where, when, how to access).

Getting started

How do I get started?
Use the booking button to check availability by ZIP, then pick the option that fits your situation.
What’s the fastest way to get set up?
Check availability by ZIP and select what you need. If you have special access notes, add them during booking so everything runs smoothly.
Can I start with a one-time cleanup?
Yes. One-time cleanups are a common way to reset a yard before moving into a recurring schedule.
Do you offer recurring service?
Most customers choose a recurring schedule after a reset. Options can vary by area—check by ZIP to see what’s available for your address.
Do I need to be home?
Usually no. Most customers just share access notes ahead of time (gate, pets, special instructions) so service can happen smoothly.

Scheduling and access

What if I need to skip a visit?
If you need to pause or adjust your schedule, the best approach is to let us know as early as you can so we can keep routes predictable.
What if it’s raining on my service day?
We can typically work in light rain. If conditions are unsafe or service quality would suffer, we’ll reschedule.
What access info do you need?
Anything that helps us do this smoothly:
  • Gate code / how to enter
  • Where to focus (side yard, behind shed, dog run)
  • Pet notes (inside/outside, friendly/nervous)
  • Any “do not enter” areas
What if my gate is locked?
If we can’t access the yard, service can’t be completed. To prevent missed visits:
  • Add gate instructions during booking
  • Make sure access is available on your service day
  • If your setup changes, update your notes so we don’t guess
What if my dog is in the yard?
Tell us what to expect so we can keep service safe and low-stress:
  • Whether your dog will be inside or outside
  • Any handling notes (nervous, protective, jumpy)
  • Anything that helps us move confidently and calmly

Pricing and policies

How is pricing determined?
Pricing typically depends on:
  • Yard size and layout
  • Number of pets
  • How often you want service
  • Whether you need a one-time reset
You’ll see the options during booking.
Why does the first cleanup sometimes cost more?
A first visit can be a reset when there’s more to pick up. After that, recurring visits are usually quicker and more consistent.
Do I have to commit long-term?
Most customers choose a recurring schedule. If you need to change, pause, or stop service, the best path is to reach out early so everything stays simple and predictable.
Do you offer weekly and bi-weekly service?
Availability and schedule options can vary by area. Check by ZIP to see what’s available for your address.

Clean standards

What exactly do you do on a visit?
We focus on removing pet waste throughout the yard and the common “missed spot” areas so the space is usable again. If there’s a tricky zone, add a note during booking (behind a shed, side yard, tall grass, dog run).
Do you take it off-site?
By default we double-bag the waste and place it in your outdoor trash can. Off-site disposal is available as an add-on—add a note during booking if you’d like that option.
Will this help with odor?
Regular pickup can make a big difference in how your yard feels and smells. A reset cleanup plus a schedule is the most consistent approach.

Service expectations

Do you scoop the whole yard or just one area?
The goal is a thorough cleanup. If you want extra attention on a specific area (dog run, side yard), add a note during booking.
Is it safe for pets?
We use pet-safe practices and work carefully around animals. If your pet has special handling needs, include it in your booking notes.
What happens to the waste?
We double-bag the waste and place it in your outdoor trash can. If you prefer off-site disposal, that’s available as an add-on—add a note during booking so we can set it up.
Will you miss spots?
Our goal is a thorough cleanup each visit. If any of these apply, add a quick note so they get extra attention:
  • Behind sheds / under decks
  • Side yards and narrow runs
  • Tall grass or leaf-heavy areas
  • Dog runs and high-traffic spots

Areas and property types

What areas do you serve?
We serve the Delaware Beaches and Eastern Sussex County, including Bethany Beach, Lewes, Millville, Milton, Ocean View, and Rehoboth Beach.
Do you do HOAs or commercial properties?
We can help with shared outdoor spaces and property needs. To confirm scope, check availability and add notes like:
  • Property type (HOA/community/commercial)
  • Where service is needed (common areas, paths, dog areas)
  • Access windows or on-site rules
Do you service fenced yards?
Yes, as long as we have clear access. Add gate instructions during booking to keep service smooth.
What if my yard is in rough shape?
That’s common. A one-time cleanup can create a clean baseline, then recurring service keeps it maintained.
